Do we process any sensitive personal information? We may process sensitive personal information when necessary with your consent or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Do you sell my personal information? No. We do not sell your personal data. We share your information with apartment communities to help you find housing. Our services are free to you because we receive referral fees from apartment communities when you sign a lease. These referral arrangements do not affect the rental rates available to you.

Do you use automated or AI systems in your communications? Yes. Some of our calls, text messages, and emails may be generated or assisted by automated or AI systems. These tools help us respond to your apartment inquiry, provide follow ups, and deliver apartment information. While we strive for accuracy, such responses may not always reflect the most current apartment availability, pricing, or community policies. You should verify critical details directly with apartment communities before making final decisions.

How do we process your information? We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services and register you with apartment communities, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law.

In what situations and with which parties do we share personal information? We may share information in specific situations with specific third parties including apartment communities.

How do we keep your information safe? We have organizational and technical processes and procedures in place to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information.

What are your rights? Depending on where you are located geographically, the applicable privacy law may mean you have certain rights regarding your personal information.

How do you exercise your rights? The easiest way to exercise your rights is by contacting us. We will consider and act upon any request in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
